“Web site easy to negotiate and place an order and it is probably the easiest I've encountered. I ordered a mixer tap which arrived well ahead of schedule and carefully packed. I've ordered plumbing products from other companies but I'd really recommend this company. All round excellent service.”

“The poor service, lack of response to e mails, poor communication between VP and the delivery company has been shocking. Expected delivery 2-10 days , 19 days later I am expecting my pallet delivery tomorrow. Let’s see if it arrives!!”

“Received the goods as planned. Although the height of the package (the way it had been packed) was such that it was taller than could fit in my garage so had to take it all to bits in my driveway which my wife wouldn’t have managed if it was her receiving the package. Quality of the product was very good. Instructions not the clearest and I’ve done a lot of DIY. a few things like “redrill the predrilled holes” in the instructions but there were no predrilled holes in the section it talked about. Once installed the product looked excellent and is a good addition to the bathroom. This far , all is good with the product. Would recommend the goods completely and fitting yourself if you are a competent DIYer.”
