“Purchased vertical radiator and thermostat. Good price in comparison to other retailers. Delivery of the radiator was longer due to having the be when delivery arrives. Bit disappointed with the thermostat as it was described as chrome covered brass and the actual thermostat was plastic. Stiil looked good and it was reasonable quality so decided not to return. Very quick delivery for the thermostat through royal mail.”

“I felt like I was deceived in regards to the delivery. I complained to the delivery company, but they told me that it was the Victorian Plumbing that should have clearly explained to me that the delivery was only going to be made to the front door. I live in the second floor flat without the lift. I had no one to help me carry 12 boxes of tiles up the second floor. It is a shame, but I don't think I will ever get over this and use Victorian Plumbing again.”
