“Excellent service from Victorian plumbing. Delivery leaves something to be desired. Driver had to be pursuaded to put heavy pallet in garage and not leave it on the pavement. Then would not wait while I checked the pallet”

“I was a bit concerned that the mirror Radiator I ordered would turn up damaged. However the mirror Rad turned up very well protected, upright on a pallet. The heat heat output is really good and the Rad holds the heat better than all my other Rads”

“Item still has not been delivered after 3 weeks! The helpline telephone number does not accept calls.! The live chat isn't available. ! The email service replies with a standard message saying how to track a parcel and Then closes the enquiry! The track service doesn't work!”
