“Excellent packaging, goods were safely delivered. However, we were expecting a text with a delivery window and we never received any and the delivery turned out to be late afternoon”

“I had a large order, only the bath panel was damaged, Victorian plumbing very quick to send replacement. I’m happy so far but the bathroom is not yet finished so not all items up and running yet.”

“Everything was easy to order and looks great. Good value as well. The only problem was someone was meant to call me to arrange delivery and they didn’t I had to chase them. Would use them again.”

“The delivery experience was very good. The driver was pleasant and helpful and everything arrive neatly packed on the pallet. My only reservation was the need to check the order at that time in 15mins.... hard to thoroughly check a whole bathroom suite and ancilliaries in that time. Still very thing was fine. The bathroom it self was nice - the basin tap was hard to tighten up due to very limited access and we still had to do a lot of cutting to fit everything but it did allow for a more customised fitment I suppose. All in all a good experience.”

“Apart from the long delivery time of what was a small package, partly owing to the carrier Royal Mail ? all of the proccess went smoothly. The item I bought was good quality and once in place looked very nice and did the job it was intended for. Will but other things from Victoria Plumbing when required.”
