“Easy to order. Lovely tiles. Not impressed with delivery date being changed at 7.30 on day of delivery, twice. I did receive a refund for second delivery following my complaint which was trouble free so was pleased with that.”

“I bought a shower from Victoria plumbing .i was extremely happy with how it looked when I took it out the box (looked much more expensive than the price I paid ) the customer service I received when I contacted the chat team was perfect and they resolved an issue I had quickly and professionally.i would recommend recommend Victoria plumbing for their brilliant products ,price point and excellent customer service if there is a problem”

“Avoid, avoid avoid. I wish I had googles Reviews of Victorian Plumbing before I placed a nearly £2k order over a week ago. Friday 18th Oct to be exact. It is now Tuesday 29th Oct and I have zero idea when the things I have paid for, given them my hard earned cash for - are being delivered. There website tracker kept telling me my things were being delivered on Monday 28th Oct. Until the 28th Oct. Now it just says to be determined!! Sent two emails..then got a - sorry we have NOT replied to this..it is not up to our usual standard email. What is the point of that? Then some genius sent me an email saying I would get delivery 3 - 10 days after ordering...that was sent 8 days after I ordered!! Now the Bot lady tells me they basically do not know. Once you order be aware there is NO TELEPHONE NOS!!! So you can live chat. Which is useless. I am beginning to think I may have been scammed. It seems very odd that any reputable company would have zero idea when your goods are being delivered? None.”

“So far I have had appauling service. Over 10 days since Ive had a response. Almost 4 weeks since my order. Over 2 weeks since my initial delivery date. Still nothing. So I went on the live chat. The assistant was helpful but it remains to be seen whether my order will be sorted. The worst thing was the communication. In the 10 days I have waited for a response I have received 5 emails trying to sell me something and 1 for this review. Incredibly frustrating, stressful and insulting.”
