“A good one-stop shopping platform for all the bathroom items. I am pleased with the 3D design model to help visualise the bathroom with all the fittings and items. the delivery was quick and the pricing is reasonable in my opinion.”

“Account manager very helpful and understanding. Pallet delivery team informative they listen to your reqirement and give a good service. Delivery came within two working days. Product arrived securely wrapped and in excellent condition. The Burlington range is of a high quality. Overall very pleased with the service given by all. Thank you.”

“So I bought multiple Hudson and reed shower mixers. Installed them all and one had a slight leak! Tightened it up as much as I could but still weeping unfortunately. Know contact number, have to open a chat, send emails, wait for reply, ask to send videos. All one major long headache. Better off going to a local plumbing center. Could have just popped in and exchanged. Not it’s holding up a job! And still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding the video I sent in.”

“Great choice to suit all tastes. I ordered the Bath Co 900m vanity unit with their Aylesfor mixer tap and they are both fabulous. The vanity unit came in two very well packaged boxes, the unit base which was already assembled with the door and drawer handles fitted on the inside for protection and then the marble counter top was in a separate superbly packaged box with the ceramic sink already in situ. I had read the feedback comments so was aware the countertop would not be white marble. It is heavily marbled grey and white but regardless I love it. I'm delighted with my choice and the fabulous delivery and packaging.”

“Disappointed! Ordered 5 panels for the walls for my bathroom, all arrived damaged despite the a packaging being intact. Contacted them but it’s been several days and no reply. I had to use the panels (cutting away the damage) otherwise my plumber couldn’t continue, it meant the area was far less than I needed and I’ve had to change the finish of the room.”
