“I ordered a ceramic toothbrush holder, it arrived wrapped in a flimsy piece of bubble wrap. After a very slow response from VP customer service they eventually sent a replacement which arrived today, wrapped in flimsy bubble wrap again and in pieces. I told DPD to take it away with them and return it to VP. VP provide sub standard customer service, they have cut their telephone support and you can only contact them via email. They then continually ask for photos even though they have been sent to them and are very slow to respond.”

“Although we received our full order, this could have been very different. While all emails state we will receive a call to schedule delivery, the driver delivered my order to the front of my house and called me to say it has been left there. No prior warning and no one to accept the delivery this was left out in the open on a public pathway while I was at work unable to be home for the delivery. I had contact via email to express dissatisfaction to which I have still not had a reply.”

“I have to say that I have been delighted with the service from V/Plumbing. Everything I ordered was delivered promptly, no shortages or damages, allowing my plumber to install my new bathroom without any delays or other problems. And it's looking terrific, just as I'd imagined it would from the brochure/website. Thank you all staff at V/Plumbing.”
