“My online experience was quick. I was able to book and pay for my items online, in a matter of seconds my confirmation email came through confirming my purchase, and few days later I was contacted by phone about my delivery. The whole process was really quick and efficient, In the middle of this pandemic their service was the best. I would highly recommend using them.”

“Clearly set out website making placing an order easy to do. Prompt delivery. On two occasions the agents on the ‘live chat’ were quick to answer, helpful & kept me informed of what they were doing providing me with clear information. Never used Victorian plumbing before but would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Ordered Victoria Traditional Basin taps to replace taps with ceramic washers which have failed. I selected some which were listed (under the comments / Q&A) as having "traditional screw-down valves" installed as I wanted taps with rubber washers which don't fail and need replacement of the whole tap. The new taps have arrived and they are the same ceramic valves as the ones I need to replace. Its a big waste of time as I'll have to take the package back to the post office to get it sent back to you or just put up with the wrong product. For buying online to work, info on the website MUST be accurate. I'll go and buy replacements at Wickes where I can actually try them before buying.”

“On 27/11/2020 I reported that some parts were missing! After lots of promises etc I am still waiting 13 days later!!! I have had to delay the builders as until the bath is installed the room cannot be finished. VP blame the suppliers but WILL NOT give me their number. It is our money, our time! My order number is 3344451”

“The product selection online was good and the prices were very competitive. My order came on time as promised, and the items did not disappoint, even though I usually prefer to see the quality in person before I buy. In fact, I was particularly impressed with the Hudson Reed Radiator Valves I purchased which even came with their own chrome radiator pipes and hole cover trim which I wasn't expecting! Thank you, will definitely purchase again.”

“Looks-wise it is really good but quality is poor. The fittings aren’t standard, which I didn’t realise. One of the pipes was leaking so had to buy connectors (as fittings weren’t standard) and a new pipe. The cistern is too small and not enough space to have a decent water pressure. So you’ll be lucky if all is gone after at least two flushes - not very environmentally friendly. Great experience, I will never buy again.”
