“Our radiator arrived quickly, kept informed by the couriers who needed to change their chosen day as we weren't available, but no problem, and it was very securely packaged. Not fixed it yet, so reserve judgement on that, but the valves are very stylish and suggest a quality product.”

“Initially pleased with the products ordered. Even accepted the kerbside delivery of heavy items. First issue I had was I ordered two vanity units, both showed toilets as part of the assembly, but only one of the toilets was included. This forced an additional order on Victorian Plumbing and a delay to my bathrooms fitting. The main reason for writing this review is the three month saga I have had over a warranty claim I made. The cistern in one of my toilets failed flooding the bathroom. I used my fitter to deal with the emergency and the subsequent replacement of the cistern. I claimed on Victorian Plumbing for what I had been charged, £13 for the part and labour of £120 to cover two visits. I have been given the runaround by Victorian Plumbing. I have been given many reasons why this claim will not be honoured. Essentially, the cistern failed after a couple of months and clearly in a warranty period. It is clear from my dealings with Victorian Plumbing that refunds are not given and Victorian Plumbing use tactics hoping unhappy customers just give up. I think the customer relations department needs to have radical improvements made in its operating policy to ensure the reputation of the company is maintained Update 1/3/21 Victorian Plumbing are now saying that they are waiting for a picture and an invoice. A picture of the failed part was supplied on 22/2/21 as part of the third party assessment of the failure of the cistern. The invoice against which I have made my claim was supplied on 10/12/20. These could be sent again but does show an example of the customer service issues that form this review 2nd update 1/3/21 I have forward to info at victorianplumbing the email I sent on 10/12/20. This shows the invoice I have paid due to the failure of the Victorian Plumbing part.”

“No problem at all with the ordering. Delivery was a disappointment as waited in all afternoon and evening but no message or delivery. Item was delivered next morning at 6.50!! Not a word from the driver- just woke the adjoining neighbours and drove off!! I might order again from Victoria Plumbing but was left feeling let down by the delivery.”
