“Ordered a shower cubicle, base and mirror. Over £3,000’s worth. Cubicle was the most difficult enclosure our plumber has ever had to fit in his 40 yr career. Looks great but took him and the builder hours!! The mirror was broken, but we’d had it a week or so before the electrician came to fit it. It had lights and a heat pad to prevent ur steaming up. When I emailed to say it was broken, they immediately agreed to send a replacement even though it is stated in their delivery email that you should open and check the products immediately. So their customer service is outstanding. Everything came very quickly too. Would definitely use them again!”

“Ordered a glass and chrome bathroom shelf for my lovely wife’s Valentines Day pretty bottle of perfume. It virtually arrived before I’d finished ordering it. Arrived quickly well packaged and in perfect condition. So if you don’t want to put up yet another bathroom shelf, you really shouldn’t be buying perfume.!!”
