“My order arrived in good time nothing was damaged , the only point I was not happy about was the poor delivery driver had my pallet which had been Stack to high at your warehouse. Which we had to unload from his lorry as he could not take it off with his stacker truck other that would recommend you to all my friends .”

“Ordered a marble sink which was nothing like the image online. It cost £30 to return, a cost which could have been avoided however their response rate is so poor my other issue of being charged for an item which was not on the delivery is still unresolved. Very poor customer service, best to avoid.”

“The on line selection, ordering and payment system was brilliant. After placing order, the confirmation, communications and delivery were all slick and efficient. The product arrived right on time and extremely well packed. All round this was a very good and stress free purchase. I will use Victorian Plumbing again without hesitation. “Ordered a simple cloakroom suite. Turned up a day late and damaged. Emailed to request exchange with no real reply (barring canned responses) for five days. Then told it would be Re-delivered in a further 2 to 10 days - clearly not good enough. Emailed to say that yesterday morning - still no reply. Shocking level of service and my last order with you.”

“Toilet seat was faulty. Waited 4 days for a reply via email. Eventually they did reply and ask for more details about toilet model. I have since replied again twice but they have not followed up any of my replies. 10 days and zero response to any replies I send. My advice is they are fine if everything is ok , but if you get a problem, don't expect a resolution”
