“Lovely bathroom items arrived in a good safe packaging on a sturdy pallet. Some items have tiny scratches and a dink and scratch on the edge of the shower screen but it arrived on a pallet off a lorry so we cannot expect perfection. We have managed to hide the areas.”

“Over priced item and delivery. The bath comes with a massive wooden stand which they will drop in your front garden making it your responsibility to get someone to remove it. Or you can ask the company for a collection for an extra charge of course. As for the quality of the item, let’s just say, I will never buy anything from them again. It’s creating something with the least amount of effort and selling it for the most amount of profit. It looked a lot better in the pictures. Hate the look of it! A lot narrower than expected. Next day delivery came two days later. Very disappointed!”

“I ordered and everything was deli with care on time. However I ordered the wrong size shower tray so I decided to go to the showroom to swap for the right size. The guys in the showroom couldn’t have been more helpful, called me by my first name and helped lift in and out of my vehicle. I’m suitably impressed.”
