“Hopeless. Radiator delivered with no fittings, despite description of product. Support contact only email, no phone number, sent numerous emails, no positive responses at all. So I now have a useless radiator I will have to return.”

“I was very pleased with my order and excellent delivery time of 4 days however I was disgusted with the delivery driver. Dumped it on the pallet outside and said ill be back in 10mins. I am 66yrs old and struggled to unpack the item. He came back and said you need to get rid of the pallet. I asked him to help me get it in the house he didn't. The package states heavy and 2 people to lift. I hurt my back getting it through the front door. Maybe Victoria Plumbing could look at the company they use for delivery as you are probably unaware of the service. Having said all that the item is exactly what I was looking for and very pleased.”
