“Nothing installed yet but all looks good. So up to now my only complaint is a delivery issue waited in all day no show phoned Courier told Lorry broken down drivers off. Maybe but in this day and age a text or phone call would have helped came the next day.”

“Happy with product and price (not used yet as waiting to be installed) however the packaging for one bath screen was over the top, 2 LARGE pallets stuck together not to mentioned being left on the road by delivery driver - in London!! Now I have the problem and expence of disposing of the two large pallets not to mention breaking them down....”

“The delivery driver was surly, and not very helpful. I had to chase after him, and ask if he would put the one box of tiles in the boot of my car as I am disabled and could not pick them up. I had already asked for this when arranging the delivery.”

“Haven't installed the products yet. £25 delivery for a shower and a cabinet is embarrassing though, which they can't even deliver to the door because everything has to come on a pallet.”

“Ordering was fine however when it comes to returning it’s not straight forward, have already done a chat on website regarding some of return not showing on their acceptance form (they were returned with same courier!) Now we have been given a refund, which is great, however the shower tray, which again was returned on same van, with orderNo and returns No on the front of address label!! Has not been refunded. All very frustrating and very time consuming.”

“The item ordered is good although overpriced. The delivery was a bit of a nightmare. Firstly they arrive at 12 although I ve asked for a slot after 2 pm and they arrived at 12 . Also they left the item with the pallet which is difficult to get rid of. Not happy:(”

“Ordered a small white cabinet for my bathroom. Came ready made and looked nice but the drawer and cupboard door were both very stiff and nothing we did loosened them. Not great considering we paid extra for soft close doors.”

“Ordered item that was “available” at the time of ordering, only to check back one day before estimated delivery to find it out of stock. At no point was I sent a note telling me the item was no longer available. I was expecting the item to be delivered a day later. Categorising items as “Available” vs “In stock” is a deceptive marketing practice aimed at customers who assume one is equal to another. I ended up getting a different radiator in the end.”
