Got a notification that my order was despatched on August 9 - but havent received it yet 3 weeks later. Nobody will respond to my emails. Really poor.

1. A damaged shower tray 2. Three days for somebody to e mail me 3. A replacement due today but no order number so I cannot track it. 4. No estimated time or time slot given. 5. Used the chat line onlt to be told people are not on line. The job should now be finished but the damaged tray and delays thereafter have put the job behind schedule.

Item was damaged when arrived however due Victoria plumbing’s terms, we could not get it replaced. Wrong item was sent and we will have to pay to return it. Would not use again.

Pieces of shower missing. I highlighted within 24 hour window. No one responded to me within 48 hr period. Chased for several days. Was promised by several online live chats with agent, next day urgent delivery. Day seven no proactive contact from company and no replacements as yet. Shower can’t be used. Delayed works. Misleading agents. Very very disappointing.

I booked at dated delivery for 3rd August. The tracking was showing out of delivery for a week and there was no update on the system. I have contacted the support many times and no one could give me an update about my delivery. One of the support personnel (Toni) even closed the ticket without any resolution. The delivery arrived eventually on 11th August. The delivery was late by more than a week, whereas it was a dated delivery. This is an unacceptable service.

Ordered a heavy bathroom furniture that was not suitable. I have a busy work schedule. The return of the item was made to be quite difficult as I had to take time off work to arrange its return via my own courier (expensive and time consuming). Victoria Plumbing disengages from this part of the customer journey if a return order is requested leaving the entire responsibility on the customer. Would not recommend ordering online again for large, bulky or extremely heavy items.

Nightmare. Recorded a complaint with a shower screen and they acknowledged saying they would get back to me ASAP. Four days later and I’ve heard nothing. In others words I’m being ignored, can’t call them, can’t email. That’s a big FU from Victorian Plumbing. Pray if you buy from them you don’t have an issue.

my bath was damaged by the delivery compony . hidden by packing tape. i sent photos and an email tha. night to Victoria pluming's complaints department and i have not heard anything back

Order was not delivered on the day it was promised. I wasted time waiting in for it. I also found the website not at all helpful in trying to report the non delivery. Item should have been here last Tuesday but still not arrived. Very poor service and won’t be shopping again. Jerry Pickering

Returns protocol is deceitful. The product is poor quality I had to pay to get it and now pay to send it back. It’s not right. A free label should be given for returns.

The pallet arrived with the bath upright and items packed inside it. and was unable to be taken out of the van from the back door as it was too high. It all had to be unpacked inside the van by the driver and then passed out.I was by myself so he had to carry a lot of the heavy stuff. There was no delivery note. The bath was discovered to be damaged once the plumber checked it ready to install a week after arrival . I was unable to talk to a ‘live’ person instead contact was via email and online chat box. I sent photographs and am still awaiting a response 6o+ hours later .I was told it would be 24 hours for a decision to be made. Also there is an issue with distribution in my area so goodness knows when I’ll get my replacement bath.The whole fitting of my bathroom is now at a halt and we Have a house full of bathroom furniture that can’t be fitted ,thus my bathroom cannot be finished until I get another bath. There is no number to call anyone and so far it has been a very frustrating experience.

Rubbish customer service, delivery service abominable. Expecting people to have no life. Don't give ample notice for delivery. E-mail at 3pm to say delivery is between 9am and 11am on same day. Baffling. Then delivery turns up at 3:15pm. Dump pallet on drive, no time to check items. No ample notice = no support to get bulky and fragile items into home. Inform customer service of bad delivery service and lack of appropriate notice. Customer service probably busy painting her nails as showed no inclination to follow things up with delivery service. Very disappointed with Victorian Plumbing.
