“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Victoria Plumbing. First, my order was delayed by a week despite paying for a specific delivery date and time. When it finally arrived, I received a completely different order. It took several days for them to collect the incorrect items, and then a few more days to deliver my actual order, which was only half complete. The customer service is unprofessional and lacks knowledge about the products. They assured me that the items I ordered included everything necessary, but only half of the components arrived. When I contacted them, they apologized, stating they were unaware of what was included in the set. Furthermore, after installing the shower screen, I discovered a significant discrepancy between the two glass panels. Their customer support is difficult to reach, with only email and live chat options available. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Victoria Plumbing to anyone. Sincerely, Evtim Evtimov”

“Tap and plug looks great quality and has made my sink look like new! A great improvement. The only thing that prevented me giving 5 stars was the shipping time. Don't order form here if you need something quickly. It did say 2 - 7 days, so it was within this, but it did take the full 7 days.”

“I personally would not even provide Victorian Plumbing one star after my recent experience with them. After placing an order for three branded shower screens with side panels, we received two correct with the third being a completely different brand with a different height to the side panels. Because of this, it could not be fitted. I provided customer services with all the necessary information (Photographs of the incorrect item, order confirmation and invoice). Each time I provided them with information, the agents came up with a new excuse as to why this happened. First I was told it was my error, even though I had provided the email confirmation proving they had provided the wrong screen. Second, they told me that because the shower screen I ordered was out of stock (even though it stated 'in stock' online) they took it upon themselves to provide a different shower screen without my consent and they then began to revert back to requesting photographs and order confirmations that I had already provided to them, saying they had never received them. I have now had to stop pursuing the matter as the issue was not being resolved and making me extremely stressed and anxious. I have now lost out on money as well as wasted my time trying to resolve an issue that customer services clearly did not to help me with. I have also had to pay twice for the shower screen from another supplier in order to complete the project. I would not recommend Victorian Plumbing and will never be using them again.”
