“We ordered a heated towel rail, it arrived quickly but thats where the good service ended. There were no filling instructions and all the filling caps missing... No customer telephone lines to call so after an online chat I emailed as requested.... two weeks later, still no reply. Purchased fill caps separately... not impressed!”

“Haven't installed the products yet. £25 delivery for a shower and a cabinet is embarrassing though, which they can't even deliver to the door because everything has to come on a pallet.”

“My first review was excellent as I was super impressed with Victorian Plumbing. Unfortunately I have since returned 2 items that were not needed, I have heard nothing back despite several emails to them, I have sent the courier receipt for the items returned, the company details, the tracking details and pictures of the packages but yet no response and no refund!! I will continue to chase as this is over £200 I am owed :(”
