“After the delivery of a leaking bar shower mixer extensive telephone and Email exchanges resulted in receipt of a new ceramic valve and instructions for me to fit it. My suggestion that a replacement mixer would be more appropriate was ignored and only intervention by Barclacard stimulated a proper replacement of the faulty item as a "gesture of goodwill".”

“The ordering process etc was very quick and easy. Unfortunately one of the items was broken. VP staff are dealing with this and we should have a new WC in a few days. A good simple service.”

“The item ordered is good although overpriced. The delivery was a bit of a nightmare. Firstly they arrive at 12 although I ve asked for a slot after 2 pm and they arrived at 12 . Also they left the item with the pallet which is difficult to get rid of. Not happy:(”

“I was searching on line to find the same Triton shower that after many years needed replacing, so that I could use the same fixing holes in the tiles and the same water connection. Few suppliers had this model in stock so was very pleased to see Vic Plumbing had 25 so I was able to order for next day delivery. As this model has been so efficient in the past my wife and I decided it would be wise to purchace a further unit to store for the future. Many thanks for the excellent response and service.”

“Excellent customer service during current restrictions. I needed to replace a fault mixer tap and was looking for something similar to fit/match. Although the showroom was closed and social distancing measures were in place, the gentleman serving me looked at my old tap, went into the stock room, and returned with exactly what I wanted. Even having some banter with my wife in the process. All in all a very plkeasing outcome, and enjoyable experience, particularly during difficult times. Greatly appreciated. Thank you.”
