Awful unhelpful company - on the title box of the sink I ordered it says clearly Toreno 1000mm Mid Edged Basin Part No.: NVM017 £149.95 However this sink is infact 1010mm - they will not get it collected despite having the incorrect description listed - I now need to return it at vast expense - avoid at all costs - they are not a good company to do business with.

Very disappointed … ordered a whole number of things however they he taps /sink mixer box came without the taps in and the toilet came without the toilet seat! There is then zero customer service for urgent issues- you cannot call anyone… you get signposted to a ‘bot’ that never sends you through to a real person and can’t resolve any issues. It doesn’t even have any similar useful information. You then have to wait 72 hours for someone to reply. Not helpful when you have the builders there and need your bathroom fitted asap.

I have items delivered via pallet that need returning. Victorian Plumbing will not, under any circumstances, assist with returning the items. This leaves the consumer searching online for a pallet delivery company, some of which refuse to deliver to Victorian Plumbing because their returns logistics are so bad. Their competitors offer a cohesive returns process. If you think you may need to return something, save yourself the headache and avoid Victorian Plumbing.

ORD-2300000006-8274713 I wish I could give less than one star. Victoria Plumbing's driver delivered a smashed up toilet which was clearly in a million pieces and would have been noticed by anyone handling the box. I paid for next day delivery. I also paid for a plumber to be there on the day it was delivered. Eventually, they sent another one (six days later). It has no toilet seat despite the description saying it should be included. Victoria Plumbing have no phone number available for customers which I am sure is convenient for them but not for their customers. If they did have one, it would be overwhelmed with complaints. You have to fill in a form on their website and if you are lucky someone will reply in two days. I will never use this company again and would never recommend it.

Terrible returns process only email responses . Item has been returned since 25th October which you have confirmed and then no update .. Will never use you again after this ..We've Received Your Returned Item(s) For ORD-2300000006-3020600.. and now wait if 10 days I will get a refund..

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. The website is extremely difficult to navigate. Trying to get an answer to a question on material returns is impossible. It moves one around from unwanted page to another. My whole experience has been incredibly stressful. And I'm still no further forward today.

I spent over £8000 buying several items for 2nd fix plumbing for bathroom in a new build house from this company including 5 of this shower systems. Despite extremely high pressure in the plumbing and pipework, you would barely get a trickle of water through these large shower heads. Having reported these concerns to the company and having complied with all their requests for information/videos/photos and instruction, they turned around and said it is a problem with the main water pressure after nearly 3 months of having wasted my time. Failed to issue a refund and I have to bear the cost of not only having to buy new showers, but more significantly pay for additional cost of having to break the existing large tiles and redo the tiling. No help from the company to address the problem or take any responsibility. Repeated delay in responding to the complaint despite reassurance of responding within 24 hours. Worst of all absolutely no possibility of speaking directly over the phone to anyone in this company apart from their chatline. AVOID at all cost if you are looking for quality and reliable after sale support.

My experience with Victoria was poor. The staff are very helpful and friendly WHEN you can get through on the telephone. Please don't tell customers that the online service is good as there are times when you need to speak to someone. If you are selling goods and customers cannot get hold of you your business will suffer! My very poor experience was with Parcelforce whom you have chosen to deliver goods. It is impossible to contact them by phone, and we needed to do so. The delivery man (Matt) failed to call at our house although we received an email saying that he had called. There were builders and painters on site who would have seen him. Clearly, he did not leave the card that Parcelforce said was left. You then told me that the goods had been left at Fordingbridge Post Office. I drove into the town to be told by the Postmistress that no goods had been left and that this was not the first time that Matt of Parcelforce had pulled this trick. Ultimately we were told that the goods had been left at another Post Office, but by then I had cancelled my orders. Matt is a lier who needs to be sacked, and I trust that you elevate matters within Parcelforce before they destroy your business. I may or may not buy replacement goods from you. Finally, your email telling me about what was happening advised me to contact either of two numbers in Poole. I got through to someone who was puzzled because the number was that for the Royal Mail and not Parcelforce. What a shambles. I have been self-employed for 30 years and would not have in business for two years if I ran my affairs like this. Please do actually reply to me. If you do not there will be no more orders form us to you.

Ordered next day delivery. Monday it’s now Thursday. Still shows as processing. No one has been in contact and I have had no update. Plumber is here to do the job! Order ORD-2300000009-3984133

So i bought a freestanding bath tap and a basin mixer from Victorian Plumbing for almost £600 in the aggregate. Same range and both became faulty in under two months of use. Victorian Plumbing accepted responsibility as a product defect- but due to the fault and nothing else in their range being suitable for the style, i asked them to reimburse the monies spent and cover reinstallation costs. The latter was challenged but they asked for an invoice and i provided this to them. I'm now nearly a month down the line and they are not responding - even on the reimbursement and even after admitting fault. Their non-response has now got so bad i'm left with no alternative but to pursue a credit charge card back claim due to their utterly terrible customer service. All in all a terrible experience with appalling customer service. I originally logged the fault over two months ago with no resolution to date. Avoid at all costs.

Three experiences of using service all equally bedroom! From start to finish it has been a very stressful and poor service received from victorian plumbing. I would never order from this supplier again and will share my experience and warning with all my friends, family, colleagues amd neighbours. It has been extremely terrible. The communication is awful. The products arrived firstly damaged, secondly incompatible and lastly faulty.

Dishonest reasons to refuse refund Tap and Bath waste returned. Boxed separately and in bubble wrap. Absolutely no damage when returned and not possible caused in transit as individually wrapped. Email received stating that they won’t refund as goods damaged and some very dubious pictures. Including the box with sellotape around it even though I didn’t use tape on the green box. Elastic bands only. I think there’s an issue in their returns warehouse and good have definitely been damaged there and now trying to blame the customer. Absolutely dishonest practices. Goods were in perfect condition when returned. Dishonest practices occurring. Can’t explain how my green VP box that didn’t have any sellotape on before being placed in bigger box to return is now pictured with clear tape all around it even though I wrapped returns note around it with elastic bands!!! (Fake tampered box in picture) From my delivery notification my returns have been in their warehouse 8 days now they claim it’s damaged. No Victorian Plumbing. You’ve caused that damage YOURSELF! Sent me pictures of a box that’s been tampered with in your warehouse. Tried to blame courier company in your email. Absolutely dishonest. Would never use them again after this. No confidence in company that has no integrity. Date of experience: 26 July 2023

Poor quality products. BEWARE...they also fail to publish negative comments on their own website! We purchased a Vela toilet roll holder. From the outset, it quickly became loose. Despite repeatedly tightening, the issues persisted. We tried to deal with them regarding a replacement/solution. Not one of their customer service advisors have listened or understood. Very poor quality product, matched by equally inept customer service. Avoid.

The delivery completely let the company down. Sending the goods on a massive pallet to a retail customer and leaving at the roadside is awful, the property is unoccupied and empty and a 6 hour time slot was given which meant waiting for 6 hours at an empty house for the goods to arrive. There is con customer consideration, its all about how cheaply you can make the delivery to maximise your profit. I will not be ordering from Victoria Plumbing ever again.

Delivery was prompt. Split delivery was not extra cost. However good arrived in reaped boxes and three units damaged which ment the installation of the whole bathroom is now in question. Although the have a phone number they don't take calls on it. So why advertise it? There chat system finally got a human who said initially from the pictures they would offer me a discount and for me to keep the damaged goods! I had to refuse. She finally agreed to raise a ticket and you will have to wait 72 business hours...

Did not recieve my item. No contact number to reach customer services, emails are slow it has been one week i have raised the issue and still no progress. Rhe courier took it back because it was damaged. Just a big failure to be honest.
