“My item that I ordered cam quickly, packaged well and the product was of decent quality”

“The delivery was well packaged and delivered on time. To my surprise due to being well packaged there was some slight damage to the inside of the cupboard where one of the dowel pins had pulled away the main surface, there was also a very minor chip to the door exposing the wood but not noticeable unless you went looking. My conclusion is the quality of the cupboard is ok not top quality but you get what you pay for. Due to the bulk of the item and the minority of the issues and need to get a vanity unit in I didn't have the energy to raise this as an issue but felt it worth sharing in a review.”

“I ordered online & it was easy to find what I was looking for. Item arrived on time & well packaged. Don't know how the item will perform or if it will fit as I haven't got around to connecting it yet but does have a couple of fittings which look ok in size.”

“I ordered a sample tile paying for express delivery. After waiting for over two weeks, I decided to call VP to fine out what was going on? After waiting for over 30mins a charming lady answered the phone! After I explained my experience she began find out what had gone wrong? It turned out that this particular tile was OUT OF STOCK! but still showed that it was IN STOCK! She decided it best to refund me, however, the express delivery charge was not taken into consideration as Less than £3 arrived in my bank account Thanks so much..”
