“Good and efficient service with helpful communication, including update email re delivery date, followed up by a phone call and delivery on the day as promised - so much better than a parallel order we had with Victoria Plum where delivery was late and trying to find out what was happening was a time consuming nightmare. Well done Victorian Plumbing!”

“I bought toilet seats in error, they are unwanted. I have tried many many times to get an authority to return these to you, but every time I get bounced with the comment `please select at least one item'. I have no idea what this means as you already have the unwanted order number. How do I get hold of a courier to return the items? They are the original unopened box. Your returns page gives no help whatsoever. This is very very poor.”

“Excellent service, straight forward ordering on website, we were contacted quickly regarding delivery date and delivery driver was great he brought items onto driveway for my elderly parents, nice guy !! We unpacked and checked everything the same day and very happy with products and impressed how they were packed for transit. Can’t wait to have them fitted, we would definitely recommend Victorian plumbing !!!”

“Brilliant service, when the original items I selected were out of stock the customer service team were really helpful and helped me choose alternatives ensuring that I didn’t was still able to receive all my items in one delivery. The two man delivery service was also brilliant, they delivered everything safely and were friendly.”
