“Ordered a shower rod. Rod came with two different ends which has turned out impossible to return unless I want to waste more time videoing the fault - after wasting time trying to install something that would have no chance of success!”

“Informative website lead to us choosing the right type of replacement for our basin taps. The order arrived promptly and in good condition. Fitting went smoothly apart from some adjustment to existing pipework to cater for the length of the flexible tap hose. New tap looks good and of course works well. Thank you.”
