“They get 5 stars on advice alone... If their doors are anything like the detail and descriptive wording found in their how-to guides... We might have to lobby for a 6th star. “I purchased a 3 french door internal divider. The doors were in my opinion not strong enough for this arrangement. One was already cracking on the rails as I was preparing to hang them. Unfortunately I caused one door to fall to the floor, my mistake. I was however surprised when the fall did not crack the glass (phew) but did break the stile (upright) at a finger joint. I don't think that this should have happened from a fall to the floor. I complained as instructed and my complaint was ignored. Not a good company I feel.”

“Trying to get a replacement for DAMAGED goods. Good luck to anyone buying from here - I received a shipment of doors of which 1 was damaged. Unfortunately the damage was not noted until after the couriers left. I rang within 30 minutes of delivery and notified the company of the damage and they said that they would investigate it. After 2 days I got a response saying that the courier will not take liability for the damage and that I must have damaged the door myself. I have been going back and forth for over a week with the company as I would like a replacement but the company will not accept liability. The couriers took a photo of the doors once delivered but as there were 10 doors stacked upon each other you couldn't visibly see the damage on the photo. This photo absolves the company of any liability, so make sure to NOT let the couriers leave until you have inspected every inch of your delivery. To top things off I was sent a PDF of a signed satisfaction survey saying I was happy with delivery which I nor my husband had filled it. Whether it was the couriers or one of the builders, I don't know - but surely the homeowner should fill this in? I have got a partial refund but I'm not happy with this outcome. I would urge anyone to think twice about buying from here and to not let the couriers off the property until you have fully inspected every item and are truly happy with it. The partial refund doesn't cover the stress this has caused nor all the time going back and forth. For this reason, if I could give 0 stars I would, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.”

“I ordered 5 doors, 4 were pre-finished . One the glass had over spray on it so I had to scrape it off, another had a bit of wood sliced out where it had been caught cutting the film that is on the glass that was removed by them after finishing. One was obscure but there were stains down the glass, they sent a new door but it took a week to get to me meaning I had moved on to my next job and had to return rearranging my customers and wasting my time further. The rest of the doors were ok.”

“Ordered 8 Ortis White semi solid internal doors just had them hung this week they look very beautiful nice sleek design, ordering and delivery was very easy very happy indeed no damage package good and delivery man was very nice and helped carry all 8 doors inside, so pleased that i am ordering another 6 for the upstairs. The door is of exceptional quality, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. We’re very happy with our decision and have already had many compliments. “SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE I purchased a Bi-folding door around 10 months ago, however 1 panel recently came apart and was damaged. I contacted vibration doors and was asked to send in some pictures and videos. I didn’t have my order number but they were able to find my order and arrange a replacement panel.”

“Ordering of 4 doors was straightforward, the doors arrived on time via a very pleasant 2 man team, but the manufacturer's packaging was totally inadequate (agreed by the delivery people), just shrink wrapped with thin cardboard along the edges, a few scuffs and tears and one package end open. Instructions from Vibrant were to fully inspect within 48 hours as no damages are valid after that time (I wonder if these conditions may now be "unfair terms" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015??). Anyway I signed for them, "not completely examined", emailed Vibrant that day to confirm that the packaging appeared inadequate, that outwardly the doors seemed undamaged but until the plastic was taken off and they were fitted one week later, I could not say 100% if there were any defects. The roughness of a lot of the beading next to the glazing which was visible through the plastic on most doors was also brought to their attention and I suggested they could report this back to LPD, the manufacturer (light sanding of these areas is not possible due to the close proximity to the etched glass). The response from Vibrant was quite curt, rather surprisingly, completely disregarding my comments on the lack of protection, the beading on the doors, and informing me no damage could be accepted after the 48 hours whatsoever. They were more interested in confirming whether 2 delivery men had been involved, to ensure "no damages" to the doors. If the packaging is insufficient in the first place, the doors could easily suffer damage at a much earlier stage prior to transit, so the number of delivery people involved later on is not that relevant. I emailed back to say I could not lift the doors to inspect 100%, as I have a heart condition, and would wait just one week to inspect fully when the joiner fitted them. I had no reply from Vibrant. On fitting, fortunately there were no major defects, but I do feel the finish around the glazing in particular on these LPD white contempory glazed doors (primed finish) is not quite as good as expected, with the visibly rough beading, and small "splashes" of white paint on the etched glass, which will be difficult to remove, and one dark mark within the etched glass, at eye level, which does seem to be permanent. From a distance, in duller lighting the doors look fine and very attractive, the door faces are nice and smooth and well finished albeit in primer, but in a well lit room the imperfections are clearly visible but we will have to live with that.”

“We spent a great deal of time researching online for our renovation project before coming across Vibrant Doors. After seeing they had a showroom, we decided to visit to discuss our project. We were replacing all our internal doors as well as adding an external French door to the back of the house, so we were keen to see the products prior to purchasing. From the moment we arrived, the sales team were eager to fully understand our vision to ensure that we were happy with the decisions we were making. Upon their recommendation, we ended up placing our order for an external bi-fold door as opposed to French doors as it better suited our requirements. “We ordered our bifold doors 2 years ago and they were delivered extremely promptly and exceeded expectations. We recently needed a replacement hinge and I tried to find a replacement locally via B&Q, Screwfix and ToolStation but with no success. When I called to see if I could get a replacement directly, the advisor couldn’t be more helpful assisting me and arranging a spare hinge to be sent out the next day free of charge, excellent customer service!”
