“I had to use this place as an emergency service at gone midnight as I was worried about my dog. Heartbroken he was put to sleep. Due to the time there wasn't an option for a 2nd opinion so I had to rely on the vets comments only. The vet seemed very sympathetic and seemed genuinely sad.”

“Prices were extortionate. Didn't have the appropriate medicine's. However the staff were pleasant enough & they saved my dog's life & for that I'll be eternally grateful.”

“For the second time we have used Vets Now for out of hours they were very helpful and friendly. Reassuring while my dog was not well. Sadly still not well but time will tell.”

“We phoned to book an appointment. We were told there would be an upfront charge of about £150. We were welcomed by friendly receptionists. We found or vet Mary to be very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She put our mind at ease and promptly carried out successful emergency treatment if our small dog for which we were very grateful to her. We highly recommend Mary for her great veterinary care! Our doggie is doing well.”

“They were very gd checked my dog right from head to paw and did bloods too rual out anything worrying so all and all they where really gd if i lived nearer i would deffantly go too them for all my pets treamants”

“At a very difficult and emotional time, when my cat was very ill and sadly had to be put to sleep. The vets were compassionate, understanding of my needs and loving and gentle towards Honey in her final moments.”

“We had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs before being taken. The service was good but more interested in pushing for more money to come there way asking for blood test at approximately £120 when our own vet charges half the cost for this service. Would we use again no”

“The vets (especially Neus) were professional, kind and reassuring. It was a very sad time for us, together we tried everything for our gorgeous Brooke. We knew she was being looked after and loved when we weren’t there with her.”

“This company is an over rated and extremely expensive and I will never use them again and would advise all my friends and Family to avoid using them and if I could I would not even give u the 1 star rating”

Hi Daniel. I'm sorry you feel our service is too expensive. Our dedicated vets and nurses work through the night, weekends and on public holidays to provided dedicated emergency and critical care for pets, whether we see one case a night or several, and our prices reflect this. “Waited 3 hours to be seen and was then only in the room 5mins. There should be another vet on duty in case of emergencies while the other sees the less urgent patients”
