“Very helpful vets. Little bit expensive. Receptionist spent ages asking for my details before getting a Vet, thankfully my case wasn't too serious but if it was life or death I wouldn't have been very happy with how long it took.”

“Treatment was good but I put the rehydrating drink out for the dog and he didn't drink all night and was desperate for water when I came down in the morning and gave him fresh. I feel I paid over the top for that and the dog food which he wouldn't eat. He usually eats anything put down in front of him. I wasn't told that this wasn't part of the fee so it came as a bit of a surprise when I got the bill.”

“Very through but charged the earth for an hours work. Ended up taking my dog to my own vets twice and was charged a minimal amount and they did more for my dog 😢😢”

“We had to have our cat seen urgently on a weekend evening because of a urinary blockage, which can be very dangerous. He was seen quickly, catheterised and given appropriate medication and released to our own vet in the morning. I thought the service was excellent - expensive, but that is always going to be the case with out of hours care.”

“Attended the emergency clinic with my dog, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately my dog ended up being put to sleep, but we were treated with every kindness and both staff members in attendance were absolutely brilliant.”

“Was seen to promptly but extortionate prices and when I visited my own vets the following day is was told that vets now did not administer any antibiotics to my dog which they thought was unusual considering my dog had ripped out 1 of he’s nails so there was a risk of infection”

“Vets now were helpful, kind and reassuring when I had to ring them in the early hours of the morning. They cared for our dog overnight. I will have no worries if I need to use them again.”

“Unfortunately we had to book appointment on Father’s Day for our beloved cat Ezma. We took our children with us. It was calming as not busy and allowed the boys to spend time with her in the waiting room. They had said byes to her at home as we knew she wouldn’t be coming home with us. We felt no pressure to leave. Thank you for treating us and Ezma with dignity and respect.”
