“The vet didn’t inspire any confidence or show any empathy with either ourselves or our pet. Quite hostile when we refused to leave our cat with her insisting that she would die. All in all an expensive and not particularly pleasant experience although the vet did eventually give the painkiller and anti-emetic injections I repeatedly had to ask her for even though the cat was continually vomiting in the examination table.”

“The vet from lockets Lane longton stoke on trent Raphael was heartless rude and stunk of stale cigarettes. My dog had been saved by my lovely vets in Trentham to sadly have to go to that heartless and extremely extortionately priced rip off merchant to be let down and my dear dog passed away. When he phoned to say she’d died there was no compassion shown just a list of rip off fees that my own vet couldn’t believe when she looked as 3 items he’d listed as £188 each cost £10 each. This company has caused a lot of upset and it’s on going as I’ve heard of many more cases since.”

“They dealt with us courteously over the phone & when we got there with our cat Hugo who was by that time very poorly, the female vet was kind & compassionate. Thank you x”

“unfortunately my dog lily was so ill we had to have her put to sleep which broke my heart but the nurse and Mary the vet were very caring and respectful towards both myself and lily at a very difficult time. Mary explained to me everything they had checked with lily and what would happen next. I was given as long as I needed with lily before and after she passed away.”

“I thought my wee cat was dying as he was finding it really hard to breath he’s a old sole and now 16 this year he gets really stressed when he knows he getting took to vets or in the car so his breathing at this point got really bad and took him along to the vets as soon as I went in they took him straight of me and put him under oxagen tent and tables as he had fluid in his lungs thought I would have got a phone call at night to say he wasn’t going to make but no my baby is still here fighting strong I would just like to thank the vets for everything he done for my wee tigger Thanks again”
