“Very expensive but we were seen within 30mins of our initial call. Our dog responded to treatment immediately and was much better after 24hrs. The girls on duty that night were lovely, friendly and caring.”

“The vet we see was fantastic really nice and check my dog over without rushing. 10 out of 10. However i live a good 20mins or more from the vets and also went to the wrong one started to panic as had no sat nav and was aware that this was taking far too long to reach a vet in an emergency situation. Luckily my dog was ok in the end but could of been a different story. Not ideal traveling all that way when you need a vet asap.”

“The vet we saw was looking lovely and really good with Oliver, who was very unhappy and in a lot of pain. We got to see a vet very quickly and Oliver received treatment, which had him comfortable and relaxed enough to sleep within 24hrs....thank you xx”

“My dog had been stung by a wasp and her face was swelling. I couldn’t risk her not being seen. My experience of Vets Now was extremely positive. Empathetic, efficient and thorough. Couldn’t ask for, or expect more. Given anti inflammatorys and all was well. Reception staff even helped me fill out my insurance forms. Highly recommend.”

“Awful. Our dog died the next day after being told she should be ok. And Fter costing nearly 600 pounds for 5/6 hours being kept in. With only treatment being iv line”

“Vets Now is open 24/7. I got my pet an appointment with no problems. Staff were very helpful and vet was very thoughtful and caring. Place is very clean, with free water and hot drinks.”

“Came to treat my cat’s rectal prolapse. Paid twice within a month for two “surgeries”. The rectum keeps coming out. If the condition is untreatable or reoccurring that often, I’d expect some professional advice instead of offering yet another expensive surgery just to get the money out of the desperate owners pocket.”
