“Too long asking questions on phone 15 mins then gps took us on a 40 min journey then on arrival you have to ring a mobile number to get access which took another 10 minutes to open door then another 10 mins to finally see a vet 75 mins in total far too long for emergency service.!!! I will insist on going to Chestergates in future 10 mins away and instant access at door normally with vet waiting as it should be in a emergency situation.”

“This is the second time I have had to use Vets Now in difficult circumstances and I can only say how wonderful the staff are. Not once did I feel rushed, I was given as much time as I needed with Holly and most importantly Holly was treated with absolute 100% care, which to a pet owner is paramount. All I can say is thank you so much for the care given.”

“We took our I’ll cat to be looked after for the night. All the staff from the reception to the vet were very helpful and put us at our ease, making a stressful situation easy to deal with.”

“Vet very good. Cost extortionate. Over £160 just to have my an emergency appointment for my dog at my own vets. Surely costs can be reduced??? This didn't include medication. Animals will suffer because people have not got that amount of money in an emergency”
