“Very attentive and sympathetic. Asked lots of questions that made me feel confident they were trying to find the best possible treatment. Supportive and informative. Made Costs clear as well.”

“The staff at the Glasgow branch are absolutely fabulous and very respectful. They give you the information you need to make difficult decisions and take the upmost care of your animals. Couldn’t of been happier with the service we received.”

“I am sending this message on behalf of my sister Elizabeth Buchanan who is the owner of the dog and attended on the night. We found Vets Now very helpful when we thought our dog had swallowed small watch battery. Being out of hours it is a very useful service provided and we are really thankful for your help”

“At such a difficult time they were so kind and supportive. They didn't rush us to say goodbye to our much loved cat of make decisions too soon. They didn't mess around with words or give us false hope. I cannot rate them highly enough. So professional.”

“We have used Vets Now on two occasions. The first was a very happy occasion and we were able to take our older boy home with us. The second was a sadder occasion and sadly dispite extensive cpr we lost our youngest dog. On both occasions the staff were wonderful, so polite and friendly. The vets really took their time to explain what was going on to help us make an informed decision about each of the dogs. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needed emergency medical care for their pets.”

“My wee jack Russel pepper was 22 years old ,he was my best friend we had to take him into the vet because he had a seizure which was really bad I knew then that he wasn’t with us , I phoned the vet who from that first phone call they were so good and told us what to do,with in 10 minutes they phoned us back to tell us to take pepper to the 24 vet Hotspital,I could not have done it with out them when we arrived we were taking in to side room put at ease and pepper was treated with the best respect I could have wished for him,we got to say our good byes and stayed with him till he went to his forever sleep,our harts were broken but it was about my boy not being in any more pain,I would say thank you to all the staff for taking the time for us and our boy for everything they have done for us,we got pepper cremated through the vets and I would recommend that others should do this because I have my boy back home where he belongs,again thank yous so so much”

“Beryl (greyhound) received incredible care during her 4 day stay. Every single member of staff demonstrated compassion and skill from the reception staff to the nurses, and in particular vets Kerry and David - who I can not thank enough. Simply outstanding team”

“Do not go to this vet ! We went there with our dog they did find out the cancer . Vet told us only option is operation £4000 I did ask is the cancer spred vet answer only option to find out is opening dog up . We decided to take dog home next day took dog to vets in wigan ( diferend company ) they said is no point cut him up whit out doing CT scan . Did that com out he dad cancer every part of his body so no point doing 4000f operation .. i think vets now try to do unnasesery operation just to ern money .. never told us baut ct scan option .. If yu have serious sytuation always take second advice from diferent vet”

“My only comment is I wished the vet would have offered some reassurance to my daughter that dexter wasn’t going to be well looked after. Whilst I appreciate no one can offer promises my young daughter was heartbroken and crying and no words were offered that could have helped put her mind at rest. Just a small observation”
