My first time visiting here, I am very, very impressed with the level of service and care. They were straightforward regarding costs on the phone before we set off so there were no surprises. The receptionist/nurse Debbie met us in the car park (lovely lady) and took us straight in, there was no waiting around. We were kept informed throughout each stage and treated with complete professionalism. The building is immaculately clean and tidy inside and out. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable, explained everything and made us feel at ease that there were no further issues when it was time to take our dog home, and that if it did come to it that we had to return later in the night someone else had read through our file and could take over when he finished his shift. Don’t get me wrong, it’s never cheap to take your pet to any out of hours emergency vet but this is one of the very best. Can’t recommend enough.

This was a very difficult time and I was seen quickly and was made to feel as comfortable as possible. Very caring staff and my dog was treated with dignity

The lady on reception on our arrival gave us an excellent service, the practice was very clean and smelt lovely (not like some vets I’ve been to). I also notice a separate room in the waiting area for cats, brilliant.

Vet was brilliant however the vet nurse did not even acknowledge me no hello nothing made me feel very unwelcome

There are good points & bad points. Firstly the cost to be seen by vets now is very expensive & only one vet at the practice which means if more than one emergency comes in one animal is potentially at risk. We arrived with my dog before another person arrived with his dog but they were seen before us & my dog wasnt even checked over quickly to rule out the likes of bloat which needs immediate vet attention so i was not happy about that. But once the vet did see us she was nice & helpful & gave us the treatment needed to care for my dog while he was unwell.

I went there in the evening and was told my cat didn't have long to live. Was advised to go to the vet first thing in the morning. All the information paperwork was never passed on to the vet. Expensive and unproffesional

When one of the first questions you are asked is how much money you have in the bank so they know what they can do for your pet is just down right awful. Asked to muzzle your pet because of the breed when hes lying dying on the floor, still more interested in our finances than actually helping our boy! Vet called back to say there was no more they could do, do they have permission to put our boy to sleep. Agreed that was the kindest thing to do but were told another vet would have to call back to confirm as we werent present to sign any paperwork which she did. There was a giggle from said vet, nervous laugh maybe but i didnt appreciate it at all. Received a phone call only 8 hours later for payment when the initial news youd lost your not even 2 year old pup hadnt even sunk in yet. Just feel that money was the more important factor and found them a quite unsympathetic

The vet was extremely helpful. They carefully explained the procedure and aftercare my dog needed. Thankfully, they offered the medical attention my dog needed and he is fully recovered. They also had an insurance form ready for me to complete at reception and promptly forwarded this to my insurance company.

Thay are good at handling you're animal treat them with thaire best of care I thought thay where good and i was comfortable in waiting area
