“The staff were so welcoming and so attentive to my Dog they treated him so well. When I took him home I felt more confident he was going to be ok.... The medication he was given made such a difference he had a comfortable night when I got home and he’s been getting better every day. Thank you so much”

“I'm sorry for the last review I replied to the wrong one as you can tell it was for an hotel I'd stayed in but I was 100% happy with how lily was treated I thought I was gonna lose her but thanks to your quick actions she's my happy baby again thank you so much”

“The compassionate professional vet made an extremely difficult situation bearable. Unfortunately my kitten had FIP wet and I was referred to the practice. I visited in the hope that a miracle drug would help but during the consult my kitten was suffering and my vet clearly explained the pros and cons of the situation which enabled me take make the right decision and stoo anymore suffering. I am extremely greatful to the vet and the receptionist apologies I can’t remember their names for the care and compassion they showed to me and my kitten during a heart breaking time. Thank you.”

“Our dog had spent the day at her usual vets. They had not been able to diagnose why she had stopped walking and when we took her home she was in a worse state despite a £460 bill. That evening I took her to the vet hospital and am so grateful to them. She was booked in and triaged within minutes. The vet listened carefully and did a really thorough examination including neurology, reflexes and meningitis assessment. While assessing her spine he found exactly why she had stopped walking. He then explained the treatment options in detail so we could make a decision together. He provided pain relief and a management plan and treatment that sorted every issue for our pet. Before we left she was already walking and even wagged her tail. Exceptional clinical skills, decision making and communication. Dog now back to normal for half the cost of our usual vet who was clearly out of their depth Thank you for such a high quality service”

“My Doberman only spent the night there after a bad accident but the staff were so kind and pleasant and we didn't have to wait they took him straight in and they even took turns staying in his cage through the night as he was crying fantastic people and I thank them very much”

“So supportive even when I was upset with my cat, Daisy, and explained everything in detail. Daisy was kept in overnight on Friday10th November and when I brought her home the next day they asked me to phone when I got home to let them know how Daisy was. They also phoned me on the Sunday to make sure everything was okay witj Daisy. So professional and so caring.”

“All the staff were extremely supportive and sympathetic to our emergency with Pea. We were able to visit her whenever we wanted and she is recovering well from her ordeal”

“The staff are so amazing and were so helpful in admitting my puppy straightaway when they reaslied how serious his situation was. I was walked through a treatment plan and told very honestly what the side effects could have been and I couldn't have asked for more. Due to the excellent care of the vets and nurses at Vets Now my puppy is now chasing a tennis ball around the garden as I type this review, happy, healthy, and very much alive.”

“They gave the best care and attention to Poppy firstly. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave her medication . They explained thoroughly what the problem was and what to expect. Their advice was in at.”
