The treatment from arrival to leaving was fantastic. Both myself and my son were inconsolable and we were treated with such compassion. The vet and the nurse even carried my poor pooch out of my car. The reason I only gave 4 stars was the amount the service cost, £145 just to be seen, my total bill was just a little under £300, which I feel rather excessive.

A very late call out required to let my dog go and stop her struggling anymore in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her favourite humans! A lovely Vet and vetinary nurse that enabled me to say goodbye in my own time so for that I am so very grateful.... Thank you

It was a very difficult visit but all the staff made us feel relaxed, they gave us time to make the right decision and we're lovely with our dog. I couldn't find any fault.

Very helpful, gave good advice. Gave treatment to keep Archie comfy until my vet was open. Although the vet wasn't sure what the problem was, she was reassuring. It took 2visits to my own vet to confirm the correct diagnosis. Overall very happy with the service

We were given a full and frank explanation of the operation Spike was to undergo in terms that we could easily understand by the vet performing the surgery,Liz Welsh. We felt very confident in her as a result which greatly eased a very stressful situation. She kept us informed as promised of the result of the surgery and of his condition both immediately after and the following morning. We were particularly pleased to be called directly by her and to have all our questions answered directly. We were also delighted to receive another follow up call from her a week later to check on his ongoing recovery. I really feel that Spike was in the best hands possible.

The vet I saw was patient and professional. He talked to me about the options that were available and was sympathetic at the conclusion of my visit. There was no rushing along, he gave me all the time I needed. Very professional service.

They were kind and compassionate when I had to take my dog in during the early hours because she had passed away at home

Was very pleased with the service I received from the vets.to be honest I thought it would be impersonal however it wasn't, it was the exact opposite, very personal, caring and understanding.

Our dog was given plenty of TLC, and came out healed which was our only concern.

Extremely professional, competent and caring staff. Having been to two nightmarish vets (both from the same group) before, there was a wave of relief walking into vetsnow and seeing they actually cared about animals. At our loss, everyone was kind and considerate and made us feel as though we and they had done everything we possibly could have done to save our pet.

Emergency euthanasia of a much loved pet. They saw us at after midnight on a Saturday. The vet and assistant were incredibly kind and compassionate. She took time to explain everything and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was a horrible night but this vet did everything possible to make it less so. I couldn't praise highly enough.

I was told one price of £160 and that was to include and treatment but when I got to the vet's I was told £145 for the consultation £55 for the injection and anything else that was needed on top in total it was a bill of £288 and then I had to send for my partner to come sign paperwork because the dogs in their name as he would let me do it with a poor poor attitude

Hi Mrs Price, we can only apologise for any communication issues. Our call centre staff can only comment on your initial consultation fee, as we have no idea at that early stage what treatment would be necessary. Again, apologies if this wasn't made clear. If you want to discuss your complaint with us please get in touch with clientcare@vets-now.com - kind regards, Kirsty
