“Sadly our beloved cat passed away during the night, but the expertise, care and treatment that was given was good. Very reassuring to know of such places out of hours.”

“Called in with my dog as he was behaving in a strange way. When we got there vet told us he had an allergy , she did not check his vitals heart, temperature, i was concerned it could of been the start of a seizure. Was not impressed and it cost a stupid amount of money, luckley we found the cause of his behavior through our own vets.”

“Avoid at all costs. Shame there is no option to give zero stars. Vetsnow's complete failure to diagnose a prolapsed disc in my dog’s neck nearly resulted in his paralysis/death. They are supposed to be experts but sent Monty home when he was having ‘episodes’ – they never knew what was causing these ‘episodes ‘ and made a non-urgent neurological referral. Monty was subsequently diagnosed with massive prolapsed disc in his neck which was pushing down on his spinal cord. His episodes – were actually agonising spinal pain, which lasted up to 2 hours. Monty had classic symptoms that were missed - I have complained but no apology. Will be taking matter. Poor care given to Monty and poor response to our complaint.”

“The standard of humility and kindness we received was simply beautiful the staff at the Colwyn Bay branch are angels and even gave us hugs offered us water and to come in and sit down for a while after all the upset and passing of our fur baby”

“Quick effective response from caring courteous Vet and nurses My only problem was the out of hours charge I collected a bil for 250£ This was consultation and medicines fee. Very Expensive indeed”

“Took excellent care of my dog. Took her in in a very bad way. She left in a far better state. He requested to see her the following night to make a diagnosis. Very caring and professional. We also watched the vet and nurse also deal with a very distressed person very professionally.”

“The staff were great and really friendly It’s just a shame it’s one of those systems where if you work you get penalised and if you don’t you get it for free, I think the price could be more reasonable”
