When I took Jackson (god rest his soul) to the vest in an emergency the vets team were very good trying to save my boy. Unfortunately he passed away that night, but, even after the event they sorted his funeral out out and kept him at rest til my wife could morn him the next day.. Fantastic vets.. +++++

Referred to you as an emergency, my vet said there was a six hour window in which to do the procedure, I believe it was almost 7th hour before the procedure was performed? Therefore the item swallowed was already digested!! For a treatment costing excess of almost £1000 I do not rate my experience as a positive one! Thankfully for my dog, said item travelled though safely and came out on its own!

Gretel was looked after very well overnight. My only complaint was the cost which seemed excessive and included transport from my vet in Cranbrook to your facility in Ashford which I don’t think I should have had to pay for.

The receptionist was great and told me to come straight over and was ready for us. The vet kept my bunny alive overnight, however he misdiagnosed the issue, delaying the correct treatment until she attended the day vets.

I have nothing but praise for the vets at vets4pets Chillwell. My dog was seriously ill and had to have an emergency operation. The vets and out of hours vet were amazing giving her the care that she needed and answering questions I had as a concerned owner. I would also like to thank the nurses for the care they gave my girl. Also the reception staff for their help and kindness showed to me at a very worrying time.

They were calm, kind and caring. Losing our dog after 17 years was very sad but the quality of the service provided was delivered sensitively and second to none

Very good at looking after your pet, but really poor communication regarding costs. Am still waiting for a break down of costs and a proper invoice 5 weeks on. Very very expensive

Staff were good and helpful around time of operation. However still waiting for a call back from 3 weeks ago regarding insurance claim refund that we know has been accepted. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of the person that deals with claims 'Julie' going to ring us back. Still nothing.

The vet kept us up to date with the condition of our dog all through the night , they informed us with what tests they were doing to try and help him. Sadly there wasn’t any more they could do for him , and he was put to sleep. The aftercare with us was so thoughtful, we received a sympathy card and some forgetmenot seeds which was such a lovely gesture.

1. The waiting room is smelly and the air conditioning unit makes a dreadful whining noise. 2. The waiting time is frequently 1.5 hours whereas other branches of Vets Now is usually 15 mins. 3. On the last occasion, their computers were down and the vet treated my pet without having any reference to his history and removed the stitches to his wound which had been inserted less than 2 days previously. I had of course told the vet (and the receptionist) the reason for my visit which was NOT for the stitches to be removed - they were to have remained for another 10 days.

I had to use out of hours service. I felt very pressured to have procedures carried out and felt they cared more about getting money from me than actually caring for my pet. I would not recommend.
