Our Parson JRT cross went to vets now for out of hours care with what we now know is haemorrhagic gastro-enteritis she was gushing (not exagerated) blood from her bottom we thought we were going to lose her but with the great care of vets now out of hours service and our own vets care during the day our pet has recovered very well you wouldn’t think 3 weeks later that it’s the same dog! Thank you vets now for taking such good care of Isla! Just remember, if you read this make sure you get a good pet insurance !!

Nurses were lovely but vet was rude, patronising, and i could smell the cigarette smoke on his breath whilst he was treating my cat. Expensive, unnecessary procedures, very long wait and you sent me this feedback form at 2am and woke me up!!

Very professional listened to everything we informed them about. Everything was about our dog there experience is why we still have him today jumping around. But they were also great with us talked us through each stage.

Absolutely shocking service tell you one price over the phone and it miles move never even asked me if I wonted my dogs treatment just did it and give me a massive bill I would strongly advise NOT to come to this vets

Very friendly knowledgeable staff who have really looked after our very poorly dog. Only criticism is sometimes a very long wait at the reception desk after your app. Would still recommend.

It was extremely expensive £150 for a 4 minute consultation. The vet was nice but he looked and acted like he'd been awake for three days (it was 8pm) and he was downing coffee and red bull. We had quite a long wait considering we were the only ones there. The cost of the consultation was quite prohibitive.

Failed to effectively treat. Took 1 x-ray, which was not sufficient for multiple injuries and failed to initiate antibiotics for open and contaminiated wounds, which led to extended admission and treatment by host practice.

Happy with the treatment and service however my paperwork was not sent off to my insurance company even though I paid the admin charge for this to be done. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I chased my insurance company to be told they'd received no documents. Had i left this mug longer my claim would have been invalid.

The staff were lovely in dealing with a sad situation with the vet, John being exceptional with his manner in dealing with us and our beloved Jasper as he unfortunately had to get put to sleep, thanks for helping in our heartbreaking time.

Staff are good BUT cost is excessively high. Plus my pet was put down next day so this is insensitive timing. Added to that the text arrived at 2:30 am and woke me up so not impressed
