the cost was extradinray and unfortunately my cat reid after been brought in by a neighbour whilst I was away. the staff told.my neighbour that I couldn't afford to pay in damage which was very embarrassing and led to my neighbour paying the £800 fee! turns out my lovely day had spesis but felt like the whole situation was managed horribly.

Disappointing and lack of sympathy shown by first contact call, ignorant receptionist next day who chatted on the phone with no apology whilst i waited, feeling upset. Other vets in Swindon have followed up pets' deaths by sendimg a small sympathy card. A lovely touch. Nothing from you in approx 7 weeks? Not recommended. Now changed all my 5 (dogs and cats) to Vets Klinic. (They were registered with various vets as were rehomed by me). Lovely clinic. It is very upsetting when a much loved pet dies and, as such, needs sympathetic handling by someone who shows concern and care.

I felt my dog was well looked after, they seemed kind and patient with him. However when I rang them to discuss my insurance claim the number on the card they gave me was unobtainable. I got an alternative number on line but that went straight to answer phone, this was mid morning when I rang. Very strange for a Vetinary practice.

I was seen very efficiently and the vet was knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. She helped me make the tough decision to euthanise my poorly bunny.

Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with the care we received. My dog was seriously ill with a spinal injury and we were told to go home and call our own vet in the morning as the specialist was closed. We went to the car and I immediately called the specialist myself. They told us to come straight in. My dog was examined and operated on within a few hours. The surgeon told us if we had waited until the next day our dog would have been paralysed. I am giving 2 stars as my dog was at least given pain medication, however this wouldn’t have lasted him the night if we had gone home as advised. There was also no triage done on arrival as we were told would happen over the phone. We sat for over an hour with our dog deteriorating in front of our eyes without anyone coming to cast an eye over him and prioritise if he needed to be seen.

So happy they seen pet promptly, paying so much for out of hours because cost is not the priority i was disappointed a further visit to pets own vet was required, did same examination and said pets pain releif should continue at least a week and gave loxicom, would have been so much happier if pet didnt suffer pain for a whole 24hrs before second visit to own vet, i feel he could have received same at emergency vet , they said not to hesitate in calling back to be fair!!! although another emergency fee was to much when own vets now open.

Looked after my dog overnight care and observation filling ingest of grapes. Drips ok and meds. But supervision or control measures could have been better as charged extra for replacement lines and guard offer puppy chewed them. Also charged for submitting insurance forms
