“The vet was fantastic but this is a way to expensive experience for me. I paid £360 and then wanted a further £250 to keep my dog in which I could not afford as already spent my weeks wages! Not all of us have a lot of money. The consultation alone was £140. I work all night and don’t get that amount as a carer I get half! It does put you off taking your pet and can understand why people don’t however much they want to look after the welfare of their animal. I won’t do it again”

“Twice I have had your visit vets now and on both occasions early hours of the morning. All the staff were friendly helpful and put my mind at rest that my pet was in very good hands.”

“My Siberian husky Nugget was seen by the vet on 4th March in Stoke on Trent. We were both treated excellently. Sent to a private room to wait for the Vet, I was offered a drink while we waited. The vet, receptionist and nurse were all equally brilliant, and while I still have a poorly Nugget who needs further help I am so thankful for the care expertise and reassurance given. That kind of service is priceless. Recommend anyone with an emergency to seek help from this team.”

“Very efficient service with friendly staff. My cat Charlie thanks you for helping him get well. Only wish there was an out of hours service closer than Glasgow as our normal vets is in Hamilton and with the heavy snowfall this week we were really worried he wouldn't make it through the night. That's the only issue we have but obviously nothing to do with you. It would be much easier and less stressful for all concerned if we had somewhere local to go in times of emergency. Thank you. X x”

“Zara was admitted on Saturday the 24th February as an emergency after being involved in a road traffic accident. She went to the hospital with internal bleeding on her spleen & liver also partially collapsed lung. With the fantastic help from all of the staff at VetsNow, Zara is making a great recovery looking brighter every day. We couldn't recommend this emergency animal hospital anymore.”

“The male vet, sorry cannot remember his name, was amazing so gentle, kind and very supportive. He Continued to stroke my little dog even after he had passed and I shall never forget how kind and sensitive to the situation he was. They allowed us private time with the little man which was so precious too. Thank you so much.”

“It was reassuring to be able to visit a vet out of normal hours but I think it would be extremely useful if vets were provided with a tool to measure ocular pressure as I would deem high eye pressse and potential loss of sight an emergency.”
