Vet pulled my dog along the floor, causing his collar to come off, if I could have safely taken him home I would have done. Picked him up in the morning dripping wet in his own urine, no compassion from the vet what so ever. Would never recommend this practice to anyone

Excellent service, the vet was lovely with our puppy who had swallowed a cloth chew toy...effective rapid treatment had him back to his usual self very quickly. Highly recommended for peace of mind in emergency.

Within 5 minutes of arriving we had been taken in to be seen by the nurse, followed by the vet. There were no waiting around, everyone was lovely including thw receptionist who was very helpful. Everyone made myself and my dog feel less anxious which is great.

Asking for a ridiculous amount of money without even checking my bits over wanted to send my dog Home with a vitamin jab when she needed emergency surgery myself at to request a scan and if I would've took the vets advice my dog would've been dead by the next morning so not happy with the service at all

Our little chihuihui was extremely ill and eventually died. I felt that there was no compassion although vets very competent there was an extreme urgency to get the money. She was with them go 3days and every morning we were phoned with an update and request for immediate payment as a priority. The whole experience was upsetting.

Great advice after taking my dog early Saturday morning, they put my mind at ease straight away and reassured me that my dog had a case of kennel cough. You can’t put a price on peace of mind of your beloved pets are concerned.

We came in for an emergency when our usual vet was closed, we were received so well and everyone we met were very friendly and reassuring. The vets explained everything very clearly and patiently. Everything they did made this whole experience, that could have been a nightmare, easy.

Vets and surgery excellent Call centre very good Given 4 * because text confirming address incorrect. Fortunately son had taken details down on his phone as I was speaking. Added to stress which was not needed

The service I got at this sad time was amazing they cared and made you feel that your baby was in safe hands. You got a card and forget me not seeds sent to you which I thought was a lovely thought. Thank you as I knew my baby was in safe hands and the staff was so caring when I came to collect her ashes. X

All staff were very professional and pleasant. I was given privacy and as much time as I needed when I brought my much loved dog of 16 yrs in as an emergency. Although I knew the time had come to have her euthanised, it was still very much a shock. The vet was extremely empathetic and didn't give the impression she was rushed even though it was a Saturday morning and they were very busy. Top marks for making my loss easier.
