The price for a consultation £119 for less than 5mins is terrible

Hi Miss Inglis, I'm glad we were able to be there for your pet, but I'm sorry you feel our prices are too high. We work on an emergency, out-of-hours basis which means our dedicated staff are there through the night, at weekends and bank holidays to care for the sickest of pets. This can be expensive which is why we always encourage the highest level of pet insurance possible. Kindest regards - Kirsty

The staff were very friendly and polite and made us welcome. My only gripe, and this is not directed at the staff, is the actual cost the appointment.

Hi Mr Townsend, I'm so pleased to hear that you feel this way. With regards to cost, our prices reflect the fact that we offer an emergency out-of-hours service. However, we do actively encourage our customers to have pet insurance to help cover this. Very comfortable leaving our girl, lots of reassurance and communication from vets and staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really helpful. Had to take our dog in urgently on New Years Eve. Receptionist was very helpful booking us in, vet really good and immediately saw how sick she was. Nurses very helpful when I phoned in the evening, and they called me 8.30am to say she was better. Everyone kind and understanding.

The service was excellent and everyone we dealt with very professional and we were kept up to date with progress regularly. The reason for four stars was due to the inflated prices. We are not on benefits nor earn fantastic wages so the cost has put a huge dent in our bank accounts!!

Rushed my cat there for an emergency appointment and they were wonderful. Gave her a very thorough examination and medication to see her through until I saw my vet the next morning. Really friendly staff and free hot drinks.

absolutely appalling. The vet was not calm, no bedside manner to either dog nor owners, highly erratic & unprofessional would not listen as she was spoken to and the dog left a shaking wreck, all the good that had been done by her usual vet after an experience when the dog was a puppy was ruined. seriously thinking of leaving our vets if this is the out of hours we have to use. It was not worth the £190.00 and if I could sue I would as the detriment caused to the dog.

Absolutely amazing service, with our dog vomitting blood at 10pm and our emergency vets not picking up, Vets Now were so helpful from the first call to seeing our dog. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received, brilliant staff.

From a 5 minute phone call to a visit at the Glasgow Centre where they took great care of my border terrier benji the care was second to none. Very reassuring thanks for helping me guys

Can’t thank all the incredible vets enough. I took my dog in on news years eve and receptionist was so reassuring. The vets did all they could when we continued to bring Winnie until the 2nd of January. Sadly Winnie passed away on the 3rd of January and we are so heartbroken but know that she had the best care possible. Thank you.

The service I received wasn’t to bad, what shocked me was the £176 bill, I was literally in the vets 15 minutes and my cat had no treatment just a quick check as she wasn’t well, The prices these days vets charge is scandalous
