“After our gorgeous lab had an accident resulting in a foreign object becoming stuck in her mouth vetsnow was amazing keepinv us all calm and seeing to our pooch quickly and professionally, they even.went the extra mile helping us with additional information when our insurance company were being difficult. Thank yoi very much”

“Despite my experience at Vets Now being a very sad one, I am so grateful for the kind and compassionate staff who looked after my rabbit in her last moments. Not only was the vet professional, but very gentle and considerate. After my poor experience with Vets4Pets I was very appreciative that I took my bunny here when she needed help. I would like to thank everyone there, and I would recommend Vets Now to my family and friends.”

“My dog had been diagnosed on the evening as she had been poisoned. I arrived at the practice with my dog in a bad way. The staff were professional and rang me through the night of her process. The vet who looked after lola explained everything to me ans i am truly grateful for their care during what was an a critical time for our dog.”

“One vet on duty, pet seen by a nurse who uses her discretion to decide which is most acute emergency, whilst at the same time answering phones and doing general admin - there is NO way the company can cover two emergencies coming in within a short space of time and had I arrived with a dog who truly had bloat he would have died in the surgery whilst I was waiting for the receptionist/nurse to help someone complete insurance details. Words cannot express how much I loathe your out of hours care - the vets never seem to know what they are doing, bizarre diagnosis and blood tests taken, enormous bills (which I am not averse to if I feel my animals are being looked after promptly and competently) and I truly dread doing anything out of the ordinary at the weekends in case I have to ever use your appalling, exploitative, inefficient, understaffed, under qualified, shoe string service. Vets Now emergency cover is the reason why I am looking to change my beloved regular vet because they have sadly chosen to use you as their out of hours cover.”

“Awful. Massively understaffed. I actually dread the idea of having an emergency and having to attempt to get my pet treated by you. One vet on duty for a huge catchment area. Appalling. Totally unable to cope with two emergencies coming in around the same time. Cynically exploitation by a company where profits are clearly far more important than animals. I am actively looking to change my regular vet as they have started using vets now as their out of hours emergency cover. I have nothing good to say about your company at all.”

“Despite being clear that I was away on holiday and would contact the practice on my return to collect my cat's remains, I was phoned on a Sunday evening at 8.00pm right in the middle of my holiday which was really upsetting. When I did collect her, she was taken out of a cupboard right in reception and quickly bundled into a bag....this was a member of our family....not something from Tesco!!! And let's not forget the extortionate price we had to pay to be treated so poorly!!”

“Sadly, I had to visit Vets Now at a very difficult time as my cat was terminally ill and quickly deteriorating leaving a difficult decision to be made. The staff at Vets Now were very compassionate and professional, being very supportive throughout.”
