“The service we received was very friendly and courteous. Considering that the service was on a Sunday and out of hours we still consider the charge outrageous.”

“It was very busy the poor girl on reception was dealing with lots of customers but she dealt with everything in a very professional manner. The Vet himself was rather grumpy and very obvious that he didn’t want to be there (neither did all the customers!!), bit of emphany would have been good.”

“Receptionist was lovely but the vet had no bedside manner whatsoever. Rough with my dog, looked stressed and in my opinion gave unnecessary pain drugs. She just seemed to tick the necessary boxes that she had to.”

“Our dog had to have an emergency operation this Bank holiday weekend. The lovely Christina and team saved our dog Roxy's life and we are so grateful.”

“Thank you for the good service. The only negative thing I have to say is it was how expensive it was. I feel sorry for the animals whos owners wouldn't pay that much to be seen and treated and are left to suffer.”
