Having taken my dog there with life threatening injury your staff were very helpful and efficient on arrival. Outstanding service throughout and very informative when phoning up to check progress of my pet. Would highly recommend.

They were quick to realise the puppy had ingested something toxic treatment was started immediately and they weee sympathetic and reassuring that he would be given the best treatment and were professional . Their skills saved our pups life and we are so grateful to them .

The service received was fast, and the dog received the treatment required. The vets nature and people skills could be better though.

All the vets and staff were excellent in treating our dog, Paddy, who had an emergency operation to remove a ruptured gall bladder. We were phoned regularly with updates on treatments and progress, as well as being allowed to visit him. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service and our dog is tecovering well. Thank you all

Helped me in my hour of need, although outcome wasn't good and my pet had to be put to sleep. Member of staff I dealt with was very understanding as I was an emotional mess.

Hi Helen, so sorry you don't feel we could help. In some cases the best care is to wait and see how a situation develops. Not all cases which are brought in to see us require emergency or critical care treatment, and in these cases the best thing to do is to wait until the symptoms either disappear or become such that treatment is required. When the vet we seen found out insurance wouldn't cover the costs and we couldn't afford the EXORBITANT fees we basically got told euthanasia was an option. The vet just appeared interested in the money.
