“Thankyou for your honesty on my dog as pdsa wanted me to carry on with my dog for another night and you told me it’s better for him not to suffer as no matter what my dog was not going to make it through the night I thankyou for that as that meant I could be with him when he passed not let him die on his own with a stranger, thankyou for looking after my dog when I couldn’t, and especially thankyou to the kind vet who assisted with my dog Chico that night on the 18th of August 2018, and the care you had given him on the previous nights.”

“Vet was very nice and nurse nice clean place, however the cost is extroriantate more than eight times the cost of a normal vet and they did blood tests and missed a common condition that be as diagnosed the next day by my usual vet, for quarter of the price so paid twice for blood tests 160 just to walk through the door, taking advantage of people in a vulnerable position”

It's true that out of hours emergency and critical care for pets is expensive, just as it would be privately for human patients, and our clinical teams are on hand throughout the night and at weekends, whether we treat one pet or several. “We lost our other cat 3days after losing the cat we took to vets now and went to a different vet and for exactly the same service vets now was £85 more! Also the Minnie came back from the crematorium with the wrong name!! Will never use again or recommend on social media!!”
