Following an emergency visit with our dog Norman the vets and nurses who looked after him for three days were outstanding in diagnosing and treating the illness Norman had.

Made us feel reassured, felt comfortable in their company while they treated our dog, gave us lots of information and put our mind at rest and considering it was News years day and very late they were a massive help to us and our pet

I had bought a new dog for my partner on her birthday in June and we could have lost him due to illness if not for Katrina at Vets Now and her team. Bear was on deaths door and we had feared that we were going to lose him, but over night, Katrina worked wonders and helped him get back to full health. I can’t thank Katrina and her team enough for their help in this very emotional time, thank you!

The vet I saw did not explain the possible side effects of the pain relief she had given my dog. When I called back after returning home to say he was crying and seemed really agitated she told me that his dementia had Probably gotten worse and if I was worried to return at 6 in the morning because that would be the next time he could get pain relief. We sat up all night with my dog who cried and howled, got worse if you put the light out, constantly jumped as if something was there only to discover when I googled the side effects that these were all listed. If she had told me at least we would have been prepared

The vet gave a clear explanation of what she thought was the problem and made a recommendation which I was happy with.

The vet was very professional, but the pressure she appeared to be under meant she came across as very abrupt and negative. This is in comparison to the extremely friendly/reassuring service at the PDSA the following day where we were given hope, rather than expecting him to have to be put to sleep. We do really appreciate the service though and understand the pressure at this time of year.

We went for a emergency appointment for our guinea pig, Unfortunately the pig had died on way there. The reception was very helpful and sympathetic to our daughter who was devastated. She went through choosing a urn with her has we have chosen a cremation. Lovely welcoming place.

I came in with a dying Lovebird and not a clue why. I left the next day and Tiny was back to her normal chirpy self. I’ve never had to experience vets before but Vets Now really made me feel secure. Everyone was lovely.

Not happy, was sent to vets now to get an urgent ultrasound which couldn’t be done till the Wednesday after xmas! Spent nearly a thousand pounds, all for nothing my poor dog still suffered and had to be put to sleep! Initial communication with first two vets were very poor! Sent away with painkillers for arthritis when it was an inflamed gut! Time wasted! Very dissapointed
