“James who took care of me and Nala was absolutely lovely, I couldn’t fault him. He was kind, caring. He talked through what they would do with Nala through the night, and rang me once he’d settled nala down for the night. Unfortunately when my 8 month old kitten went to my usual vets, they found she had a genetic defect and there was nothing that could be done for her, so she had to be put down 😔”

“Simple really, I am new to breeding French bull dogs, but my sponsor is not. Your vet not only carried out procedures that were totally unnecessary as I understand panting and discomfort are normal for a French bull dog after pregnancy. You charged me three hundred pounds. What a desgrace.”

Our dedicated vets and nurses work through the night, weekends on public holidays to provided dedicated emergency and critical care for pets, whether we see one case a night or several, and our prices reflect this. “Very clear in explaining what would happen and how my cat would be treated throughout the night. Just what you need when you are already stressed and upset about your poorly pet. They were wonderful in the way they dealt with my pet. Gentle and calm. Just what he needed. And best of all they direct billed my pet insurance company taking another stressful situation and a big bill out of my hands. Can’t thank them enough.”

“The vetinary surgeon that attended to us was unbelievable friendly, and responsive towards our needs. She showed understanding when we explained that we had no pet insurance and could not afford the overnight stay for our cat. We were provided with advice for after-care support, and the staff nurses were approachable and kind. More flexibility towards supporting pet owners without pet insurance should be part of your steps to improvement.”

“As usual excellent service after a visit to out of hours vets. My only critisism of Unicorn vets is that they do not do their own out if hours service. Otherwise second to none.”

“The receptionist and the vet we saw were so very kind and understanding. I brought in my neighbours hamster who has got out of her cage and fallen. I was obviously very upset and they were extremely kind and caring.”
