“I was seen very quickly and given all options of treatment and how much each one would be. My rabbit was taken care of and after leaving vets now I decided to take her to my own vets where she was put onto an iv drip (this was an option I was given at vets now but I wanted her to be closer to home) . She has made an almost full recovery at this point and I am so grateful I had the option of coming to yourself, out of hours, as if this hadn't been available I am not sure if the outcome would have been so positive . Thank you.”

“The vet we saw was fantastic and helped our dog very quickly and efficiently. She was on her own as her nurse was stuck in traffic but dealt with everything quickly herself and didn’t even didn’t bat an eye even when our dog vomited all over the floor. Great service.”

“From the minute you arrive to the time you see your vet you are treated so wonderfully by all the staff and vets and any question we asked we were given a clear explanation throughout our time with them. Definately recommend these lovely people.”

“The staff were happy to provide updates every time I rang. The vet gave us sound advice. Our pet was well looked after and made a fuss over her carer (a rare occurrence). The vet literally saved her life. Couldn’t ask for more.”

“Had to visit on an out of hours emergency appointment with my cat, he had an injury to his back, the triage nurse gave him a thorough check over and then the vet did aswell, both were very polite and talked me through everything they were doing which made a stressful situation so much better”
