“Very poor service. When we arrived at 2 am we could not get in. The bell was not working and no one was looking out for us. Also they were not answering the phone. The vet examined our dog and said he could not find anything wrong g with her. He gave no medicine to ease her sickness and diarrhoea. Our dog was still so iIl the next day we had to go and see our own vet who gave our dog a full range of medicine and food to ease her pain. We never received a bill but received a final demand bill. A very unsatisfactory service all round.”

“Not interested in the animals, start talking about money the second you arrive, it’s a shame for the young vets I’m sure they care but the process doesn’t allow them to, £955 for treatment that costs £70 the next morning”

“Thankyou for being there! Professional friendly team who showed great kindness to my very poorly hound and me too. Hugely expensive visit but worth every penny to know he was being seen on a Saturday evening when he was so suddenly so unwell. Thankyou... (I did phone Vets now and left a message of appreciation).”

“Absolutely fantastic from start to finish Susie the vet saved my dogs life after he swallowed a foreign body and required emergency surgery Can not thank her enough. Care exceptional from the reception who didn’t mind me calling often to check on my boy to the nurses that looked after him after his surgery. Thank you all”
