We were very worried about our Bichon frise Billy as was vomiting blood and passing blood,Kerry was very friendly on telephone and and advised to bring Billy straight to emergency vet. On arrival we were greeted and reassured and even offered us a cuppa. The care Billy received was excellent and we were kept informed as to his state of health and what they were doing every step of the way. After a few hours of treatment we were able to take Billy home with further medication to last until our vet reopened and with assurance that we could return if needed. Cannot fault the care we received for our very much loved fur baby. Thankyou x

The care given by the vet was first class and we appreciated it, however the prices are disgusting.

I cannot praise Vets Now enough. I had a very poorly Dog who had eaten ibuprofen. I took him to Vets now out of hours. He had professional care from the vets the supporting clinical staff and the administrators. The Vet and supporting staff kept me informed at all times they were both professional and friendly. The administrator (Debbie) was very helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. I would recommend Vets Now to any one. Thank you very much

Kerri the vet was fantastic with Oswald! He’d hurt his mouth quite badly on Boxing Day and she was really caring and knowledgable. The ladies on reception were also very friendly and offered a listening ear to the worried pet-parents in the waiting room! The vet advised us that his wound would be ok overnight and to get further treatment at our own vets the day after and gave him painkillers. This indicates to me that a vet has the dog in mind, not the money or time. Thank you so much, Oswald feels a lot better thanks to you guys. Xx

The service provided was impressively professional from the first contact by telephone to the discharge of my dog following his emergency surgery. In addition, my usual veterinary practice was promptly provided with details of the treatment given. This ensured continuity of care.

This company is a belligerent money generating machine praying on unsuspecting pet owners requiring emergency care. I won't bore you with the story as it ended up being a 7 month saga of belligerence but some low points include: 1. £160 initial consultation fee on a Sunday afternoon as it's "out of hours' (normally £36) 2. Unnecessary procedures designed to increase overall costs 3. Recommendations for treatment not supported by the Vet's own notes 4. "Client Care" that treats customers like fools Within 7 hours of being admitted my cat was apparently at risk of imminent heart failure. In fact she was constipated. Total bill... £730. My advice, if your Vet uses this company for it's out-of-hours service find another practice that doesn't. This company is proliferating across the country with monopolies in some towns so go check now before you have no choice.

Unfortunately my pet could not be saved. Scott Walker was the vet I dealt with. His professional manner was superb. All the staff that dealt with me deserve credit.

The vet dealt with Rhubarb very quickly, was very straight talking and clear with us about diagnosis and possible courses of action to help us make the right decision, compassionate too. Only downside is that the cost was incredibly expensive for such a short period of treatment / expensive. As a charity based organisation I would have expected more reasonable pricing. The customer at a time like this is clearly a captive audience and should not be exploited financially.

Following an awful car accident with our boy cat Lucas the vets were called by a bystander on our behalf. When We arrived we were met at the door and Lucas taken swiftly and lovingly from my arms. Following the examination the vet explained in simple compassionate terms the outcome. Unfortunately Lucas was too badly injured to save. From beginning to end we were treated with a compassionate and sympathetic professional manner.
