“Amazing practice, really caring staff. My labradoodle would not be here today had it not been for the speedy response and care of the staff at this practice. Thank you.”

“Very overpriced, we had to use the emergency service but due to how busy they were level of emergency very slow as lack of staff to deal with it. Considering the prices they charge you would have thought they could afford more staff on”

“Not at all impressed. No investigations as to why dog was heamoraging ..... they said another dog was more poorly. But they still charged over £800 for service. Was told dog needed to be kept in overnight as so severe but they didn't explain dog needed to be collected by myself at 0730 Monday morning and transported to own vet.”

“I was quite surprised at how dirty the examination room was. We did call on a very busy day, but from the state of the room, I felt it hadn't had a deep clean in a long time. The vet was wonderful and knowlegable which is the important bit. However, seeing blood over the floor is very off putting.”

“These people do incredible work under immense pressure as their clients can't tell them what's wrong that must take so much energy to be able to mustered up the courage to do this but obviously it's for their love they love what they do and that's what makes these people so special god bless you all and carry on and if I can be of help in any shape or form just call 07 5 8 5 164 185”

“Arrived with a dog having involuntary muscle spasms after a walk in the woods. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, by which time the spasms had stopped. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for someone to take her temperature and send us home. I understand prioritisation, I understand out of hours fees, but the combination of everything made it a very stressful experience.”

“Upon arriving at the vet, my cat was away taken to be examined without me there. In fact the next time I had saw her was when she was going to be euthanised. I wish I had been there for her examination as she was very distressed and I feel this separation heightened her distress. I felt somewhat shamed about not being prepared to spend a large amount of money for overnight stabilisation that I felt would inevitably lead to more distress for my cat and ultimately more suffering. Having said that, her passing was very quick and peaceful and the reception staff were very comforting.”
