We visited Vets now Xmas eve as our puppy was sick and not acting himself. He ended up staying the night as you can imagine I was in pieces. They really looked after our puppy digger and also us! We had him back Xmas day and he’s getting back to his normal self. The vets are greats but also the reception staff are outstanding they was so lovely.

The staff I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and understanding. The staff at the PDSA hospital were exceptional towards our dog Lucy and ourselves, their care towards Lucy and us was the best we had ever encountered previously

The only downside was that the surgery was 20 mins travel which was heartbreaking when i had a distressed 17 year old dying cat .but once there i couldnt ask for more the vet was waiting for me took me straight through and were so kind both to me .hubby and of course ellie cat they talked to her. stroked her before the injection.then mopped me up with tissues and a friendly arm round my shoulder .i left ellie with them as she is to be cremated .they took care of everything let us stay with ellie as long as we needed .a very sad boxing day made just a little easier by a caring vet and vet nurse :(

My dog stole and overdosed on chocolate on Christmas Day at midnight! She was very sick and I called Vets Now who saw her as soon as I could get there. Both the nurse and the vet were so kind and caring. They sorted my very poorly dog and she is back to her waggy tailed self

I needed to take my cat for treatment on Christmas Day. Although there was a long wait, due to the large number of cases, the staff were very efficient, good natured and friendly. In particular, the Receptionist was informative, helpful, sympathetic and kind. The waiting area is large, comfortable and well appointed, with a quiet room for cats and free drinks. The vet I saw was very professional, listening carefully to what I had to say, explaining the problem clearly and just as clearly laying out the options for treatment. She even rang me later to clarify something further. Highly satisfied!

Vets now are nothing Ng but money making pigs the receptionist is lovely but that's as far as I would go vets are rude £142 then trying to get my girl to under go a £500 surgery that even me as a vet new wasn't necessary to then be told oh a bandage will be fine. Also being quizzed on why I didn't have pet insurance which is non of anyone's business this place is not aimed at the working class this is for the wealthy and if your not your looked at as scum thanks for nothing vets now merry Xmas.
