We took. Our dog in who was dying in front of us. Vets now tried to resuscitate her for around 10 mins although realistically she had already gone. They were very friendly, professional and compassionate given the circumstances. A great service. Thank you.

Waited an hour half to be told they couldn’t do anything . 5 min consultation for £140 quite simple outrageous . Will never recommend

Hi Mr Davies, we do have to charge a consultation fee for all emergency and critical cases that come in to us on an out-of-hours basis I'm afraid, just as would be the case in private human medicine. Our clinical teams are on hand throughout the night and at weekends, whether we treat one pet or several. I received excellent advice over the telephone in the early hours of the morning from a very kind, caring receptionist. This was followed by outstanding treatment by very professional vets.

They were very reassuring when I was very upset. They nee what they doing. They advise of cost up front you know what you have to pay. They made the cat well.

Happy is not what I would use, however comfort and support was excellent at that sad time. Are pet and us were treated with great dignity and sympathy. Thank you

My dog “floyd” was recently put to sleep at the PDSA in Hendon after apparently having a stroke. He Dzerzhinsk was 10 years old and to me irreplaceable. The staff were absolutely brilliant. From the person on the telephone to the vet that put him to rest floyd was treated like he was the only dog there. He was a dog with dignity and they allowed him the same dignity in passing. I can’t speak highly enough of you people. The weekend started at Pinner rd and ended in Hendon on the Monday and over them 3 days everybody was brilliant to us. Thank you for everything. B Henley

Our visit to Vets Now was out of necessity rather than desire. Out of hrs emergency vet. All staff - receiption / nursing & veterinary staff were all very lovely & helpful. I was kept me fully informed & was even offered a drink of tea/coffee while I completed necessary paperwork. However don’t be surprised by ‘inflated’ costs in addition to out of hrs charges. (Cost of simple bandage dressing for example was 75% more expensive than own vets).
